Collaborative care you can trust

Urogynecology Consultants is one of the most experienced and respected practices in the Sacramento and Roseville area. In addition to their board certifications, Dr. Wesley Hilger, Dr. Sesh Kasturi, and Dr. Kristen Buono are all fellowship-trained in urogynecology. That means you can feel confident you are receiving the most advanced surgical and nonsurgical care from a team of doctors who care about you.

High-tech procedures with a personal touch

At Urogynecology Consultants, we make advanced technology a priority. We were the first practice in Northern California to use da Vinci robotic surgery for vaginal prolapse repair. Other procedures include fistula repair, hysterectomy and vaginal reconstruction. We are pleased to offer sacral neuromodulation (Axonics TM, Interstim TM) for the management of overactive bladder, urinary retention, and fecal incontinence. Of course, while high-tech treatments are important, we don’t believe they should come at the expense of warm, personalized care. When you visit our office, our physicians and support staff will always make you feel valued and appreciated. And as a private practice, we can offer you the kind of personalized care you just can’t get in a hospital setting.

Onsite testing for accuracy and convenience

At Urogynecology Consultants, your personalized evaluation may include onsite urodynamic testing. In some cases, this testing allows us to detect problems that might otherwise go unnoticed. Our dedicated urodynamic lab features specialized software and equipment to ensure your diagnosis and treatment plan are as accurate as possible.
