I am very pleased with my outcome and I have Dr. Hilger to thank for this. He was very kind and explained how the surgery was done... He did an excellent job. I've had no problems. I'm 6 weeks post surgery doing awesome. I can now go jump on a trampoline, laugh, or sneeze without wetting my pants. I had a sling for stress incontinence.

Hayley was incredible, I learned more from her in 45 minutes than I had learned in the last 4months about my condition...I am hopeful my bladder issues can be corrected...Dr. Kasturi was knowledgeable of my concerns and gave me hope that my problem can be resolved. Walked away with hope...and a better mental picture.

Dr. Buono is very pleasant to talk to. She listen to what you have to say and answers all your questions and makes sure you understand. She makes me feel very comfortable every time.

My wife recently had a surgical consult with Dr. Hilger. As a physician myself, and from private practice, I watch how an office is run, and how the doctor handles the small stuff - because it reflects on the underlying philosophy behind the group. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Buono and the employees at your Sacramento office. The level of professionalism shown by each and every one of them is outstanding! They are always on time and organized and they take care of their patients. I would not hesitate in the least to recommend Dr. Buono. She is easy to talk to and takes the time to explain everything so that she is sure you understand all the steps involved. My life quality was at a 3 when I first went to see Dr. Buono about having surgery. It is less than a year later, and my quality of life is a 10!! I am so happy I went to see Dr. Buono.

They were always gentle, kind, and respectful of my privacy. Dr. Buono prepared me for every small detail of the pre op testing and surgery, as well as the recovery process. She was so articulate and pleasant-I couldn't as for a more competent and thorough surgeon.

Haley, the PA, was whom I spent most of my office visit with. She was fantastic! Very thorough and pleasant. I felt her concern for my health issue as she carefully listened to me! And the actual physical exam was done with great care by Dr. Hilger. The entire medical office is staffed with excellent health care employees. Thanks for a pleasant doctor's appointment! I would highly recommend this medical office.
